Jovanna called me right after I attempted to apply for disability but wasn't able to and I am so happy she did. She was kind and helpful and easy to understand. The call took awhile but was worth it because they are going to apply for social security disability for me! While I was on the phone I looked at their reviews and they were good so I decided to sign up

We were on the phone for almost 2 hours but the gentleman i spoke with was very patient. He didn't get upset when i asked for things to be repeated and he didn't seem to get upset when it would take me a couple minutes to find the information that was needed. I was very pleased at how everything has been handled thus far.

I want to thank all staff &I mean all staff! Everyone from the attorneys to the receptionist to the case managers! The most respectful & compassionate individuals within one company! They always return calls as promised! They take the time to listen and understand your concerns! They tell you the truth and will not waste your time! They do not try to pacify with sweet words or sugarcoat anything! They give you the dignity that you deserve with your medical history or situation. A big thank you out to all of you!
