I would highly recommend Nyman Turkish to anyone with a disability claim. I have been dealing with a disability for over 7 years and had no idea how to navigate and consider options through disability claim. I called Naman Turkish in Feb 2025 and in a year and a half. They appealed decisions until we won. They advocated on my behalf, and reached out to me regularly to make sure that we had everything in favor of our claim. They worked with my doctors and gave me all the help that I needed with compassion and consideration of my situation. If you’re thinking about law firms, I would seriously consider Nyman Turkish as the first and last option for any legal employment claim. They will not leave you behind, and they will continue to fight until you’re understood.
I am extremely grateful to Nyman Turkish for their help and support SSDI case. The process was overwhelming and stressful, but their team guided me through each step and made sure I understood what was happening. They were professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and persistent in handling my case. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me obtain my SSDI benefits. Their assistance made a difficult process much easier for me. I would recommend Nyman Turkish to anyone who is seeking help with their Social Security Disability Benefit.
It was rough at first because I had no idea how social Security operates. I Was just waiting for them to just deny, I was not aware at first and grew frustrated but many on the team stepped up to explain what they had seen in the past to get my expectations more realistic. I at first thought I wasn't getting good communication but it's because the form knows that's how they operate and they explained more to me about what to possibly expect I learned a lot over about a year and a half (19 month) of this taking place. So it does take time and could be longer since I was "expedited" and a 100% disabled Veteran. I imagine most won't go any quicker than mine because of that status I guess but I also have all my record electronically ready for whomever wanted to see them. You may have to chase down your own records and get doctors to answer the requests if there's only so much the firm can do, but they will walk you through the process and represent you in a hearing to where. I still wasn't aware that I got approved after the hearing until my lawyer told me. Very odd experience to me but it's just another day to Nyman & Turkish.
So far, so good! Everyone that I spoke with were both pleasant and patient with me. They didn't make me feel rushed along or talked down to and they were knowledgeable about the process that I had called about. They also took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend! 5 STARS
Dont feel like I’m being fully supported through my process. It’s been 2 months since my claim was opened. I have supported them with a ton of medical evidence to support my claim and none of it has been given to SS yet. I went in and gave SS all my medical documentation. Then lawyers office told me I had to get the medical information from now on and send it to them. What are they being paid to do?
Everything went smoothly! The young man named Torrence walked me through the application, He did a wonderful job. He was very Professional, friendly, and was very sweet with lots of patience. My experience was Awesome!

Nyman Turkish worked with me and I received full disability benefits. I would not have received a favorable decision without their help, guidance and advocacy. Every person that I worked with was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. My lawyer explained things well and contacted me immediately with questions or concerns in the final phase. She is the best! It was a little frustrating working with this company with so many different locations and time zones. It was also difficult to reach them and I was not always contacted by the end of the next business day per their voicemail promise. I also had to be proactive in contacting them for updates over the 3 year process. Everything was also via email and Zoom. If you are looking for someone local to hold your hand, then this company is not it. But is you are looking for a company to work on your behalf to get results, then Nyman Turkish is a great choice!

They were great! They kept in touch with me and I with them. When I received my rejection letters from social security they walked me through the next steps each time. The second and final rejection letter meant we were going to court. About 4 days before court my lawyer called me and we had a conversation about what they will ask me and how to answer etc. I eventually and quickly got approved and got my back payment pretty quickly after I received the approval from the judge. I want to thank everyone who had a hand in my case. God bless you all and I hope they all have a great future ahead..

Person was very polite and efficient when asking the questions, waited for me to answer completely, listen to any extra that I had to say. Really informant on what will happen next, gave contact info for me if I needed to call. Was very assure that I should ve able to win, if I did not for some reason, she advised they were still to help with the appeal, walking me through it.

I was referred to Nyman Turkish and I’m so grateful. I spoke with Edwin Perez this morning about my disability and the issues that I have had trying to apply for Disability. I recently had a stroke and my cognitive skills are not sharp along with other recent medical diagnoses combined it has been difficult/frustrating to get what I need and to get a live person to assist. In addition trying to apply for Disability and understanding the process has been challenging. Edwin was Amazing and showed empathy and took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood and understand what next steps are. I’m so thankful I was able to work with a live person and not an AI bot. I was incredibly nervous to apply for Social Security Disability and worried about the costs, but calling *********************************************** was the best decision I could have made. Even though the communication was remote (phone, text, and email), they were on top of my medical records every step of the way.When my initial application was denied, I wanted to give up, but ***** reassured me that it was just part of the process. For my hearing, my lawyer ******* was incredibleshe knew the Judge, explained exactly what to expect, and completely calmed my anxiety.
