My wife chose Nyman Turkish since I was too sick. Kara Houghton worked with me and my wife initially and was extraordinarily patient guiding us. She was replaced by Ivie Linger who immersed herself in my case in order to understand why I continued to insist Social Security had made a mistake in rejecting my application. Rebecca Garcia took over after Ms. Linger, and while not as responsive as Ms. Houghton nor as engaged as Ms. Linger, still competently advanced the process to a successful hearing result. My case was extremely complex and rejected and appealed twice before finally being argued in Court by Nyman Turkish (Nicole, I believe). The trial attorney was well-informed, compassionate and professional. Her competence made the hearing bearable and ultimately successful. I'm grateful for Nyman Torkish's assistance. My only regret is having been seemingly shuffled from one case manager to another over almost 19 months. The trial attorney was brilliant at convincing the hearing judge of the merits of my case. I can't begin to emphasize just how much they set my mind at ease! They took all of the work out of the process and I'm not kidding. I've been through the process of applying for Disability benefits before (with a different law firm) and I had to gather all the info and do the legwork. At Nyman Turkish, they handle everything and make sure you're on target. Mary Simon, my case manager, was so great at putting me at ease and gathering all the needed evidence. Then Ryan, my attorney, did an awesome job of presenting to the judge because my case was won without even needing a hearing. Amazing! Highly Recommended!!

I am very thankful I had Nyman and Turkish throughout my Social Security disability claims. They were very professional and helped me step by step to finally getting approved. They did not give up on me because they knew my claims are valid and kept pushing for a positive outcome. When I has questions and has to call them for any reason, they answered everything with a calm, professional manner even when I was stressing out. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone.

I am bad with names so I'm just going to give a review on all of them i have worked with. It was my 4th time applying for SSD, I believe the reason I didn't get it prior is because I didn't know how their information collecting system worked. The first 2 times I didn't get a lawyer and didn't go to the hearing because I didn't know what I needed to do. The 3rd time applying I got a lawyer I still wasn't informed how their system worked. I wrote down all my issues signed all the medical release forms for all the hospitals I had been seen at for my issues, and it seemed they were ignored and no one told me why. The 4th time an SSI agent called me and asked me a simple question, was my car insured when I had the accident that caused my issues. I said yes I was insured, and she went on telling me that I am insured for life of the issues I had. So I called the insurance co of my fathers at the time of the accident. It had been over 25 years since the accident and they couldn't find any files for me, it was prior computers. So they needed more information. I called 3 police departments because the accident was on the borderline of 3 cities, and fire and rescue departments, hospital I was sent too, and none of them had any records, and they get deleted after 10 years, everywhere. So then I realized SSD never got the medical records from the anyone from the accident I was in in 1987. No one bothered to say a word about this really important factoid. So of course at that time I knew I was going to be turned down again, all I had to do was wait until that happened. So I looked online and found Nyman Turkish and started asking questions about it and not only did your agents answer but told me they would guide me through the process insuring me to get my SSD finally. I was treated with care and informed well. I followed the guidance and renewed and updated all my medical issues and so fourth. The people I worked with was always there, never to busy to speak with me and returned my calls promptly, that made the process a lot easier and finally after 15 years or so 4th time applying, I got it.
