So far they have been very helpful, explained everything with detail, and provided me with needed info to use until my claim is reviewed. And their response was VERY prompt.
Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful. The staff was very informative and answered my concerns and guided me through this process. I would highly recommend tthem.

When I looked up, How to apply for Disability in PA, I was directed to a questionnaire. After answering the questionnaire, within one minute I received a phone call from Nyman Turkish Law firm. They answered a lot of my questions, gave me guidance and ask me to call back when I was ready to start the process. I'm so glad I did! They walked me through everything and filed my initial claim. I was expecting to have to wait month to even hear anything from disability, however, I was fat tracked! Within a month I found out I had been approved for disability! I was astonished! I was extremely surprised at how quickly I received the call after completing the online questionnaire. Then, the person who did call, she was so helpful and made me feel like I was making the best decision for me. She explained everything in ways that I understood so I was quite certain of what I was signing up for. Please keep in mind when reading this, most SSDI claims are denied the first time. I hired Nyman Turkish before I contacted SSA. They had a person call me and help me through the process. After that I had a case management and a legal firm guiding through the process. My first claim was denied but Nyman Turkish fought for my rights for disability. This is a long process and I had great relief knowing I had a great legal firm working on my behalf. My case went to a judge and the law firm did an excellent job of representing me. If I had not hired them, I do feel I would still be hitting the brick wall. Thanks to Nyman Turkish, my right to disability has come through. They only collect pay for their hard work if the disability claim goes brings a positive outcome.

I had had a toe amputated and have neuropathy in both feet. While recovering, I saw an advertisement on my phone to apply for disability. I submitted the general information, and Michele Francis, the Client Intake Specialist immediately reached out. I gave her a general synopsis of my situation, and she set up a phone interview with the Application Specialist. I regret that I cannot recall her name. The process went smoothly, and my application was submitted to SS. Michele and her supervisor made the process very easy. If I need guidance regarding documents sent to me from SS, I reached out via email. I received a response no later than the next day, sometimes I would get a call. I had several conversations with Victor Aguilera, the Pre-Hearing Case Manager. After that, I would speak with Hannah Allen, William Brinker, and Jenelle Sticklen. Any time I would email them asking for guidance, I would receive a call. Everyone involved with my case was so pleasant and very easy to talk to. Melissa and Jason, thank you so much for assisting me. It was a very stressful time for me, and not having to worry about gathering documents and such for SS, was a big relief. I got very prompt service and I lost a little vision so they took care of everything verbally over the phone by filling out all the documents for me which took over an hour then it was the waiting game through two denial letters and the third one was finally effective, because my ailments were getting worse and not better, and I had a total of 8 surgeries so I kept myself in a constant state of treatment because even though the lawyer is taking care of the logistics, they really can’t tell you what to do so I took it upon myself, and I made my paperwork probably the size of a telephone book and I think that was the key to doing this. I started with Jade Smith; she filed all the necessary documents. She notified me about results and further work that had to be done. She was so helpful when working with me; she explained everything. For the final stage, Jason Turkish helped with the court process. He was there to explain how the court process would work and prepared me for questioning. He spent several calls with me to help me understand and I am very thankful for his help.
