They were Helpful and Answered all questions to my Satisfaction and Filed my application Quickly and Professionally.
I have gotten no response at all very minimal they choose to not respond and answer any questions seeing as they have all of that in their hands, but if it fails first thing, they won’t call you you’re just ousted that’s it, No contact if at all!!!
The first initial phone interview was helpful and considerate. There was no one available to continue the application, however ******* made an appointment for me so I didn't have to wait forever on the line.
I contacted this lawfirm first online, &did recieve a phone call the next day. I ask the lady I spoke to if 1st, she covered my area, &2nd she could call back the following day so I could be more prepaid for the call, &also because I literally have ptsd due in part from this process I've experienced in the past. The women assured me that was no problem and they do cover my area, but yet never called. So I decided to call to see if maybe they just forgot about me, &ended up talking to a young man that answered my call. He was VERY rude, &quick to ask ONLY my age, &proceed to tell me that &I quote "mental health was hard to prove under the age of 50 (i am 41), &that they cover all 50 states but not my area". Without asking ANY questions as to my mental disabilities! Any intelligent person can understand that THAT statement... makes ZERO sense! I attempted to ask some follow up questions to understand what he was telling me &give him a little info about my disabilities to which he just repeatedly rudely cutting me off and asking if I want a referral. I am now even more in distress because any1 that has been through this can tell you that it is TERRIFYING to go for ssd, &without help (or without SOMEONE in your corner) it is, at least for me, a feeling of being completely alone against ssi/ssd. Now I feel so completely helpless that I can't even think of calling anyone else &starting again!!! Thanks so much for the set back guys!!!
I needed help with applying for SSDI. I spoke with three different people at Nyman Turkish. All three were so helpful. They answered every question thoroughly. They were patient and kind throughout the process. I am just so happy that I found Nyman Turkish on the internet and that I was able to get in contact with them so quickly. My first experience with applying for SSDI benefits two years ago was so confusing and resulted in a denial of benefits. I decided not to give up and to apply a second time; however, I didn't want to do it myself again. While there is no guarantee of approval, I look forward to this experience being so much better because of their help.
My brother in Virginia used this group & they were fast, very little did he have to do. They handled it all polite & professionally, returned calls quickly. Couldn't have been a smoother litigation. Just can't say enough good things about this group.

This law firm is great 👍 very on top of things, have been keeping me well informed on my case from day one. Easy to talk to. Every associate I've dealt with have been very helpful knowledgeable and courteous. They have already put in an appeal for my case which is great news! The most recent associate was Mr Sanchez who listened carefully to all of the updates with my case and was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this law firm nyman Turkish to anyone trying to apply for disability!
Very disappointed. I'd call leave a message it would take a week to get a call back or no call back for an update on my case. I was once told that the status of my case was i was to see social security doctors that was a lie. I got all my updates from Social Security them selves and they told me I had enough medical in my case there was no need the see their doctors. Very disappointed. Would not recommended.
This is horrible firm I got approved first time due to doing the work on my end Attorney and LTD took entire back pay After taking their money they will not return phone calls since I need additional information Don’t be fooled they care about you they care about your money They told me on phone social security pays their fee which is true they just failed to tell me it was from back pay This is a very sketchy practice telling your clients that especially when cognitively impaired They should be ashamed
Thank you so much for your prompt responses at all times. It is much appreciated. I realize that it could take a long time to hear back from the Social Security Offices but your team assures me we will win our case and is nothing but upbeat during the entire process. You truly do fight for your clients. I am looking forward to hopefully wrapping up my case in the very near future with positive results. Thanks again for your firm and all they do to help the little guy get what is deserving to him.

I have left several messages without any return calls. This has happened throughout working with them. I am asking you to make my case a priority and help ease my stress and return my call. Financially I am barely hanging on, struggling with my disability. So please return my call.
When I got in the shape where I couldn't work I wound up losing everything. I found myself living in a homeless shelter for the first time in my life. After being in the shelter for some time and trying to find and keep work I could possibly still do, I talked to two separate, well known, local law firms about disability. Both firms declined to take my case stating I wasn't disabled under the law. Eventually I found myself on the internet searching for information and within a day was called by Nyman Turkish representative. After getting my details they accepted my case. They did most of the work and kept me informed throughout the process. One month ago I was informed that the judge ruled in my favor. I want to thank all the staff and let them know that they changed my life. I will be forever appreciative and will recommend them to my friends.
I have to say that I give it 5 stars I was able leave a message for the party and they got back to me in no time I'm very happy and pleased with my responses great job 👍👍👍 and keep up with the good work.
I have been calling over 8 business days, during different times to give doctor visit updates to my case. I've left my name, number, and purpose for my call, they never have called me back or answered any of my calls which result in over 5 mins on hold each time. Hoping this sparks a call back. UPDATE...they have contacted me, they made things right and we are back on track, I am pleased to say that I will be continuing to work with them.

I had the best experience with the company.theey kept me informed of what was going on. I was pleased with the outcome. The only thing they forgot to add my grandchild to mry application.
I had worked with another disability attorney, which ended up being a horrible experience. After working with these guys, and Ryan, particularly, I successfully qualified for disability. They always kept great communication and were always very understanding. I have already recommended Naiman Turkish to other family and friends. If you were looking for a great disability attorney, you do not have to worry or look any further. They are wonderful.
Avoid these people at all costs, they did nothing, got paid and never returned my calls or update me on my case
Im so glad I found and hired Nyman Turkish to represent me. Ive had an advocate lawer in the past and he never fought for me never appealed my first SSI hearing..it took a little over 2 years to where i am now but Nyman Turkish never abandoned me. Always kept me in the loop and always replied back via email. When my 3rd appeal hearing via tele conference Chris fought for me as well. Even though SSI a long process Nyman Turkish was with me all the way and we even won the battle. Thank you so very much for everything
This firm takes days to return client calls. It has been more than a year since I filed a disability claim. I had to contact my congressman for support because the firm was uncertain why my claim was being delayed - only after I reached out to them for an update. I found myself reporting to them, hoping to get some type of resolve. They are slow and lack responsiveness. I wish that I would have started this process without an attorney. Having them has not increased the completion time of my claim. I am still waiting and have no idea of my claim status. If you have a different firm to choose from, please do so and save yourself a headache.
I contacted Nyman Turkish shortly after I went out on Disability and knew I was most likely not going to be returning to work. The first person I called told me how long the waiting period was before I could file. Once I got to into the time frame of disability I called and the process began. I had a stroke back in 2017 but continued to work until my cognitive issues started ruling the roost. I had Neurological issues and went blind in one of my eyes. Some of my friends encouraged me to get legal help as the feeling was I would be rejected. Once I got the call from Nyman Turkish and the process started, one of the team members called and interviewed me, getting as much data as they could. They were very thorough and since they gave me advanced notice of what they were looking for I was able to relay the information to them. They did the Social Security Disability filing on my behalf and they could not have done any better as there was no problems. I had a few questions during the process they gladly answered my questions and concerns along they way. As it got time for the approval process Social Security just wanted to to know how long I was on California EDD and what date did it end. I provided the information to Nyman Turkish and they filed it as well. The good news came shortly after that , I was approved. I I know because of my cognitive issues this would have been a huge problem for me and I felt Nyman Turkish was reason for everything to have gone as well as it did. I would Highly Recommend Nyman Turkish PC, They gave me a piece of mind, that I don't think I would have had doing this on my own.
They answered any questions I had. Always responded back to me very timely. They kept me informed on everything happening. I would recommend using this firm.
The absolute worst disability lawyers... They do not fight for you. They always tell you the same story like it's their go to story everytime you call. They never call you with updates. I always had to call them. They just sit back and wait for you to get approved and get their cut...
I am a New Yorker and was a bit skeptical since Nyman Turkish is located in California . I was able to reach staff when I phoned and received responses expeditiously. Although I was switched several times, consistency remained a factor. My case was handled professionally and I received very good results.
