Although the Americans with Disabilities Act is decades old, many businesses, including law firms, continue to treat it as a suggestion, rather than federal law, according to Eve Hill and Jason Turkish, two lawyers who represent plaintiffs in disability cases.
So many unfortunate occurrences in 2024 thru most 2025 your company can’t know how fortunate to have requested your company has helped my situation and I will recommend it to family and friends . Thank You
Jessica, my attorney with Nyman Turkish, identified why Social Security denied me twice and formulated a plan that resulted in my claim getting approved on the third try. This firm is more than worth the money! Give Nyman Turkish a call if you need help with your disability application.

Nyman Turkish represented me in my application for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), which is my long-term disability case. However, they are completely dishonest. They claimed in a letter that my long-term disability benefits were decreased due to other sources of income, which is a blatant lie. When I asked them to appeal my case, they refused. I'm planning to return to work soon and terminate my case so they won't profit from me. I strongly advise against using their services – they're utterly untrustworthy!
I was nervous about my journey to applying for disability but after speaking with ***** who made this decision comfortable and she also was knowledgeable and compassionate. I look forward to working with this firm.

My first step in filling for my Social Security Disability. All has been smooth and understandable. Recieved my papers through email doc and in my mail box. So far so good.
***There is an edit below*** I have a case with them now. When they do call they give no info just super generalized- watered down common knowledge information. It feels like they want to get off the phone and get to the next obligatory call on there list. There is no going over a plan what their going to do with your case nothing. Like you're just a number to them in a sea of numbers. We are not worth their time. I suggest you make a better informed call and talk to the ssi lawyers or you might end up like me, in limbo. *Edit* After I posted that original message I was called by a representative of theirs and they sounded like they had a plan. It is now 8 months later and I am still in limbo. I am told now that their best shot is after you're rejected for the second time (each rejection takes about a year). So it sounds like the lawyers expect you to wait the whole two times/years that you can get denied. Then they go to court with you for the third and last try where they have a decent success rate. So if you have the time and money to wait 3 years go with Nyman/Turkish. I called SSI today. They have no records of my lawyer's representative contacting them since November of 2024 that's 2 months away from a year. Definitely go with someone else. The lawyer's representative said they had contacted SSI gave me a bunch of recent dates. I don't believe them. I think they're trying to cover their booties.
I enquired about social security disability benefits and Nyman Turkish called me back in a timely manner. The staff were so helpful and guided me through all the details that was needed to get me started. I would highly recommend them if you are applying for benefits.

Absolutley horrible experience. After your initial conversation do not expect to hear from them again until you are awarded social security when it is time for them to get paid. If you call them chances are that you will be leaving a message and you might get a call back and you may have to call several times. Never the less it will be cheaper and faster to deal with Social Security on your own, or a law firm local to you instead of one out of the state that you live in.
I just applied today for some assistance. I was pleasantly surprised to speak to someone within 10 minutes. These people exceed my expectation. They are so professional and caring.

Ive been struggling with my health for years and have set it aside to care for my parents, which lead me to have to quit my job last year. Being able to care for my parents has helped them tremendously, but has left me in a financial and medical windfall. From the minute this firm called, each person I spoke to was meticulous, thorough, polite and professional when reviewing my application making sure all my answers were correct.When they found out I was recently widowed, they took the time to explain I qualified for additional benefits and applied for those as well.This is a time consuming process for both parties, however not one person I made me feel rushed or overwhelmed with the process. Their customer service is incredible! Thank you for giving a little hope to someone who has lost most of it.
I am at the very beginning stages of this whole thing and would rather leave a review later on, but their team is very respectful and helpful answering my questions and helping me with my case so far I am extremely happy with my decision on having them represent me.
