Going into a new stage of life is never easy. I heard so much negative feedback on the process of applying for SSDI but my experience has been very positive. I get very nervous talking with people on the phone with something very important but I was very comfortable with everyone I had to speak with. I thank you for making this process a very good experience.
Within a few seconds of applying online with SSDI, I was reached out and started the intake process which felt comfortable. The DocuSign was little more complicated due to my phone/tablet settings it would not connect with the internet.Will start the second part next to gather what I need and hopefully it goes as smoothly as the intake.
They were very nice and prompt. They are working hard for my husband.
So far so good, both representatives I just talked with have been very professional in helping me out to get started with my SSDI application. I was treated with respect and understanding towards my claim of need. But then if I have to be honest, I am a bit nervous of what may be as to whether I'm doing the right thing or not. For now, I'm going to be cautiously optimistic, hoping for the best result.
I had a great time speaking with *****, and ******. Both answered all of my questions, and made a very sensitive situation easier for me to handle. As the application process on my own was very overwhelming, and exhausting. when I was reading the list of items required, just to apply for ssdi. Both young men were patient, courteous, and kind. They answered my questions clearly. Thank you assisting me during this awkward time in my life.
Very professional staff. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Extremely helpful and courteous. Returned all of my calls promptly.

A decorated vet's dignity

They are not calling me back !! I called for past 5 day with no call back. Got letter saying call and will be called back . I thought I was working with a legitimate legal firm. I got letters from SS and have asked in message what I need to fmdo says it's time sensitive. Still know calls back from ************************************************ I call and attney to take stress off me and told them my mom had a stroke and was told they would take care of everything I would not have to worry..BUT NOW I AM WORRIED AND READY TO CALL A NEW FIRM !! THANK U FOR YOUR HELP.
I needed help with applying for SSDI. I spoke with three different people at Nyman Turkish. All three were so helpful. They answered every question thoroughly. They were patient and kind throughout the process. I am just so happy that I found Nyman Turkish on the internet and that I was able to get in contact with them so quickly. My first experience with applying for SSDI benefits two years ago was so confusing and resulted in a denial of benefits. I decided not to give up and to apply a second time; however, I didn't want to do it myself again. While there is no guarantee of approval, I look forward to this experience being so much better because of their help.
I found them very professional and courteous. Laid out all the information that I needed to gather in order to continue. I will be continuing my relationship with them.
Although as I posted the first time I was not happy with the way my case was handled and still upset with things but I had one of them call me after my review. I don't remember but I think it was Mr Nyman himself. He called to see if there was anything that he could do to make things better and to let me know that he was going to take care of things at his end. That in itself gives them a four-star rating. Because he cared enough to call. I need to tell me if there was anything else I needed, to reach out.

When I realized that, I was in over my head I contacted Nyman Turkish Law Group for my Social Security/Disability Claim and they took over from there. I had worked my entire life and, unfortunately do to a fall from a scaffold ladder at work I sustained some serious life altering injuries. At no time did Nyman Turkish question me or the events, they secured the medical records and the records spoke for themselves. When it was all said and done, I had an excellent Attorney and I received 100% Fully Favorable decision from the Judge/Magistrate. I cannot begin to thank everyone at Nyman Turkish Law Group who supported and believed in me through this trying time. To go from a Corporate Executive to trying to re invent yourself is hard enough, let alone coming to grips that you are no longer the same person you once were because of your injuries and you are and will be permanently disabled is a hard pill to swallow. Isaiah returned my call and I wasn't available so he emailed me to make sure I knew he was trying to contact me.
This company claims to have represented me but did not I filed for my ssi by myself but I got a letter in the mail saying I had an agreement with some lawyer which is completely false but they have convinced the ssi administration that we had a contract all lies they did not represent me in any way

I had the pleasure of speaking with Judi Burke in the Northern California office, she was very polite, understanding, and Very Most Helpful. Judi was very patient with me and my questions, explaining everything I needed to know , explaining my next steps I needed to do.
