I am so happy that I decided to use their services. Everyone that I had contact with went above and beyond.
I Edited after these original comments, see "Edit" below. Totally worthless. They started out fine and helpful but I can't get a reply from them for the last 3 months. I'd use someone else if I did this over. I waited a year to learn from the SS dept that my app is on hold, No one at nyman turkish is helping, can't get a hold of anyone in the worthless social security disability department. Why am I surprised? Lawyers plus the public sector, the worst combo on the planet. 2 years without income, I guess I'm going to have to find a job compatible with my disabilities. Two thumbs down for Nyman Turkish. Two middle fingers for the Social Security Dept. Edit: Since my rant they have issued a new contact for my case, and she really seams on the ball and gets right back to me now. Perhaps the issue wasn't Nyman Turkish but rather the staff member who left me high and dry. Hopefully things turn around and I finally hear some good news from social security since it's been 14 months of nothing. I hope I'm updating this with more good news again soon. I'd like to give them a higher rating but we'll have to wait and see.

Although the Americans with Disabilities Act is decades old, many businesses, including law firms, continue to treat it as a suggestion, rather than federal law, according to Eve Hill and Jason Turkish, two lawyers who represent plaintiffs in disability cases.
It was long, but they explain all that to you. They were very professional and let you know your not alone , and anytime you need reassurance you can call and they get right back to you.

I selected Nyman & Turkish because they had a lot of experience with mental health issues. This was my 2nd time applying for disability. The first time I tried to do it on my own but was denied. Nyman & Turkish submitted all the information & worked with Social Security Disability. The associates were helpful & very responsive. It took 2 years but it was well worth it. I highly recommend this firm.
