I'm very happy and impressed with this company! First they called me on a Saturday morning without having to wait till Monday to get the process going for my Social Security, the attorney's were all nice and I would recommend them to anyone.
Finally, after trying for years to do it on my own, with this wonderful team’s hard work my appeal has been approved! Thank you all so much for the time and hard work!

I contacted Nyman Turkish shortly after I went out on Disability and knew I was most likely not going to be returning to work. The first person I called told me how long the waiting period was before I could file. Once I got to into the time frame of disability I called and the process began. I had a stroke back in 2017 but continued to work until my cognitive issues started ruling the roost. I had Neurological issues and went blind in one of my eyes. Some of my friends encouraged me to get legal help as the feeling was I would be rejected. Once I got the call from Nyman Turkish and the process started, one of the team members called and interviewed me, getting as much data as they could. They were very thorough and since they gave me advanced notice of what they were looking for I was able to relay the information to them. They did the Social Security Disability filing on my behalf and they could not have done any better as there was no problems. I had a few questions during the process they gladly answered my questions and concerns along they way. As it got time for the approval process Social Security just wanted to to know how long I was on California EDD and what date did it end. I provided the information to Nyman Turkish and they filed it as well. The good news came shortly after that , I was approved. I I know because of my cognitive issues this would have been a huge problem for me and I felt Nyman Turkish was reason for everything to have gone as well as it did. I would Highly Recommend Nyman Turkish PC, They gave me a piece of mind, that I don't think I would have had doing this on my own.

They made me feel like family and didn't seem to mind at all that I would sometimes ask the same questions again because my short term memory is not what it used to be. Nyman Turkish is the real deal....They never promised anything but positive outcomes on every step of my journey with them. Each member of the team was extremely professional patient and empathetic to my every question and concern. This process was not fast it actually took some time not to any fault of theirs but its just how the system works. I was able to call, leave messages and or email at any stage, I always got a call back or a return e-mail within the specified time frame they set. Although the Americans with Disabilities Act is decades old, many businesses, including law firms, continue to treat it as a suggestion, rather than federal law, according to Eve Hill and Jason Turkish, two lawyers who represent plaintiffs in disability cases.
They answered any questions I had. Always responded back to me very timely. They kept me informed on everything happening. I would recommend using this firm.
