Although the Americans with Disabilities Act is decades old, many businesses, including law firms, continue to treat it as a suggestion, rather than federal law, according to Eve Hill and Jason Turkish, two lawyers who represent plaintiffs in disability cases.
They have been kind, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. I just wish they would be more diligent with letting me know where my case is. My disease is rare and costly, I know they will help me keep a decent life, as I did prior to my diagnosis. I can still try to stay with a relatively normal existence, work, travel and my case has got me the financial support needed. I am blessed to have found Nyman and Turkish. I do appreciate their help on my matter. Holly especially is kind.
My experience was amazing. They took all the stress off of me and took it on themselves as I could not deal with it. This lawfirm worked very hard for my disability. I was turned down 2 times, so we prepared for a court hearing. They gathered up everything needed and prepared me. They had enough proof from my medical information, that the Judge granted my disability without going to court. They are the best team to work with.

These guys made me realize and see a claim and case that i just didnt even know was there. SSI and Workers Comp!!!, and they both delivered results, in less time than i would have thought, Erik Sandoval (lawyer) and his Assistant Josie, were great and made sure i was aware and kept up to speed And on Deposition Day Erik turned it into Settlement Day before the Deposition even got going. Really nice to be on the receiving end of the lawyer experience. Nyman Turkish got it done, Straight up!!

Hello These guys have been calling me for 3 months. Finally I give a call about my permanent social security. But this guy was for workcomp. I told him I didn't know exact dates because I was not at home. I would have to say I've never been treated so bad. He was the biggest smart ass I've ever met. Mind you this is my first time speaking with them. Now I know why I didn't pick them years ago when I tried to get permanent. This man should not be answering phones or dealing with anybody. I'm sure they record the phone call. And whoever owns this firm needs to set this firm needs to send this guy to training on how you treat your customers. And I told him I don't have to use you. And he got even worse. If anyone has had the same problem with this man please let the firm know.

This is my first time dealing with this situation. I found that every one I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. I was given ample information and follow up numbers, in case I had more questions. They were extremely patient with me. I appreciate their support and help in this matter.
