After a slow start I’m hoping that with talking to a representative who was very helpful. I will be updating my review . Update the SSI disability was approved and I thank Nyman Turkish for their efforts . My workers comp case is coming to a close and I hope to be leaving a positive review for them in the future .
Everyone i talked with was very professional and pleasant. Ease of contact and explanation of processes was outstanding.
The intake process was a little difficult for me ONLY bc I have a terrible memory but she was nice, considerate, sympathetic and helpful. Aside from my physical limitations I have crippling anxiety so She encouraged me to take my time and that there was no rush to answer questions. This was one of the easiest calls I have made in a long time. I should have called sooner!
The lady that answered the phone was really helpful. She took her time and really listened to what I was saying and also tried to help in every way
My case has been with this layer ferm for 4years my case manager belen has been there for me calls me to remind me of Dr appointment very Business Person listens to me when I need i to talk to some when I need to I am so glad to have someone on my team like her thank you belen
Spoke with **** the representative. He was very helpful and caring .i would recommend everyone to go thru this 5 star service l. Very smooth and he had a lot of patience with me this is what everyone that had medical issues need .thank you so much .

****** representative were kind and friendly then was transferred to applications representative Ciclia she was rude from the start in her tone and demeanor she was demanding calling me by my first name if we were friends very unprofessional got she became confrontational and terminated the call. I do not recommend this company as the outside agency they work with are horrible. After call heart rate was elevated and breathing became labored. I have cop and aphib so they don't seem to be concerned about there clients health as much as the do on getting paid.
