Just getting started with filing a claim..but seems very promising..the lady ******* that I spoke too walked me step by step with everything and knew what she was talking about...the firm informed me that they will do all the work....THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

I just started with the firm and we have a long way to go it's a confusing situation but when the rep called me I was comforted and was explained how it all works what is gonna happen i felt quite a bit at ease. Win or lose the case their professional attitude is what's gonna get me thru this case.

I'm trying to get in touch with these guys and no luck.... I sent an email asking where we were in getting my case done and they sent me documents and said I need to sign them before they can start working on my case. They were the same documents I signed months ago. Literally WTH!?!???

So far they have been great to me keeping me informed the whole way. They where very nice and informative and they where very patient with me. ***** was great helping me with my application.
I wish I can give them an F rating, they did not help me with my case and when I ask them 3 months in to not represent me they would not withdraw, I did all the requesting of doctors reports, physical therapy reports and hospital reports and I submitted them to social security office.They collected over$2500 in fees and won’t acknowledge that I requested for them not to represent me. They have given me the run around. I have never been able to talk to a lawyer. Melissa Nyman Turkish never spoke to me. Even if you want to withdraw from their services they want to be paid

Although the Americans with Disabilities Act is decades old, many businesses, including law firms, continue to treat it as a suggestion, rather than federal law, according to Eve Hill and Jason Turkish, two lawyers who represent plaintiffs in disability cases.
Today I reached out to this firm after finding them online. Spoke with a very nice,understanding young lady who knew exactly what to do. She ask me all the questions I answered them and I feel we are off to a good start..I hope it's ok that I do not live in none of the three states that they have locations in? I'm pretty sure all is good,otherwise I believe she would have told me. Thank you and looking forward to my next call this Friday.

I’m so disappointed with this law firm you are just a number to them I can see they treat you accordingly with the amount of $ you represent to them, I was looking for a law firm that can help me get SSD I picked them out because they were the first ones that they answered, my mistake, when you have your initial consultation they seem so nice and understanding and they give your phone number and they tell you that if you have any questions you can call and ask any questions unfortunately for me when I had questions I called day after day after day left messages didn’t get a call back and I just keep on calling you can never get a hold of them I had the idea that they just don’t wanna answer my calls so I call from my husband‘s phone and walla they answer. I know that for some companies we’re just a number that whoever represents more money is the client that they’re gonna focusing on more which is really sad. Later on they just wanna push into Workers comp When I had told him that I wasn’t interested on that I canceled them because I just see they were treating me as a number that I didn’t represent much money to them so I don’t recommend them. It is so sad that companies and Drs. see you in different categories.depending on what category pays more.
