Nyman Turkish worked with me and I received full disability benefits. I would not have received a favorable decision without their help, guidance and advocacy. Every person that I worked with was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. My lawyer explained things well and contacted me immediately with questions or concerns in the final phase. She is the best! It was a little frustrating working with this company with so many different locations and time zones. It was also difficult to reach them and I was not always contacted by the end of the next business day per their voicemail promise. I also had to be proactive in contacting them for updates over the 3 year process. Everything was also via email and Zoom. If you are looking for someone local to hold your hand, then this company is not it. But is you are looking for a company to work on your behalf to get results, then Nyman Turkish is a great choice!

This was one of the most stress free situations I have ever had!! Nyman Turkish PC (staff and attorney Leeny) were there during my entire fight with Social Security. 2 denials and then a hearing later and I was approved. Thank you!!! It is bad enough when you are in pain, suffering financial losses due to the inability to work; but this Attorney took all the doubts and fears off my plate as they did an excellent job!
Empathetic candor.
I wanted to give up after my first denial. But they wouldn’t let me. And then I wanted to give up after my second denial. They still wouldn’t let me.so I went to a hearing years after filing and I was so anxious and nervous. My lawyer David Greenberg helped me prepare for the hearing and he helped me amend my disability onset date. My hearing was very anti climactic. It ended abruptly in about 10minutes. My lawyer said the judge would issue a favorable decision so there was no need to waste time dragging out the hearing.I could not have done this without this law firm, and likely would not have won. Words cannot describe how liberated and relieved I feel after years of struggling financially since my disability.i don’t have a college degree and i worked so hard my whole life to get to where i was. It’s been very humiliating for me to go from having a successful design career to nothing. Now at least I have something to look forward to after 3 years of struggling with anxiety and depression. My husband has been working 2 jobs 7 days a week and now he may get a little reprieve from that.I definitely recommend this firm. They can change your life, too. Thank you!!!
