A very nice lady named Natalie helped me with a situation I had today. I had scam callers using her organization's phone number as a mask. I was able to identify the problem with Natalie's help. Disability rights, taken seriously
Although the Americans with Disabilities Act is decades old, many businesses, including law firms, continue to treat it as a suggestion, rather than federal law, according to Eve Hill and Jason Turkish, two lawyers who represent plaintiffs in disability cases.
Did a fantastic job and was very helpful and guided me right along.

So far my experience has been awesome, and I'm just getting started. Not once have I felt uncomfortable or uneasy. That means a lot to me, because I am a "go with your gut" guy and usually able to pick up on shady behaviors instantly. Not this time though, the staff I have worked with thus far have been kind, respectful, understanding and not once have I felt like "I" was not the priority. Says a lot in this day and age. Super impressed, and I will be recommending them highly, in the future, indeed. Thank you very, very much.

This firm was so helpful and compassionate regarding my Social Security Disability application. They were ask so friendly and sympathetic. Also very efficient and explained everything so well to me, as Ive never dealt with this before.
My initial contact with the staff at Nyman Turkish was wonderful! Staff was extremely efficient and organized so that they could help me start my application process. Staff were very patient and answered all of my questions. In addition to guiding me through the process, staff were also able to provide me some reassurance about my situation. I feel they went above and beyond to help me and I look forward to working with them on my disability application.

A veteran's way home

I would like to acknowledge Legal Assistant/Case Manager Belen Esqueda. Since she replaced previous case manager in October 2024 Belen has contacted me on several occasions to update me, request information and discuss processes. She has brought to my attention how to understand and prepare for hearings , doctor appointments etc. She spells everything out so it is easier to understand. All our conversations have been informative and helpful. Emails have been equally helpful. I am more confident now that I have her to work directly with. Belen has been extremely thorough,professional and courteous.

After a horrible debilitating attack unable to use my hands very well at all and the staff at Nyman Turkish have proved themselves Worthy thus far of providing a thorough and efficiently quick solution for my disability and claiming my disability benefits after a brief pause to the same paperwork not being filled out correctly, via my hands not working,they contacted me immediately with a solution that was time efficient.
