I have tried to call the law firm several times for an update on my workers comp case but the attorney never responds. The legal assistant will call back with a promise I will to speak to the attorney but it never happens. There are no updates to your case and no ever answers the phone if you call the main line. They did win my SSDI case which is why I had patience but this is ridiculous. I called 2 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten a return call
Very helpful and made me feel like my situation mattered. I was helped with kindness and NON JUDGEMENTAL. I think that is the one thing most firms make a person feel. Like they are judging you. Not here. They were patient and kind and I would recommend them to friends and family.
From my very first phone call, to the last, and every call in between, I have been treated as someone who matters. They, I mean the whole team, have been there every step of the way. Although the Americans with Disabilities Act is decades old, many businesses, including law firms, continue to treat it as a suggestion, rather than federal law, according to Eve Hill and Jason Turkish, two lawyers who represent plaintiffs in disability cases.
They were able to win my case although it was so cut and dry I would've been better suited doing it myself. I did leg work to find my medical information as they kept putting off my case closing due to lack of medical records received. I WENT TO EACH DR. MYSELF TO RECEIVE RECORDS and I didn't in 3 days where they kept assuring me they would get them that assurance lasted 4 months! Dennis was good at responding UNTIL THE CASE WAS MEDIATED but they NEGLECTED TO Include MY 13 YEAR OLD AT EVERY (3) APPLICATIONS. HE LOST 6 FULL MONTHS OF PAY UNTIL I PERSONALLY WENT TO SOCIAL SECURITY AND THEY TOLD ME HE WAS ELIGIBLE. I MEAN. WHAT WERE YOU GUYS SUPPOSED TO BE DOING FOR ME? KM DISGRUNTLED CLIENT.
They were efficient, good communication, got what i needed quickly.
I called Nyman Turkish PC and the lovely woman I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to them representing me.
