When I looked up, How to apply for Disability in PA, I was directed to a questionnaire. After answering the questionnaire, within one minute I received a phone call from Nyman Turkish Law firm. They answered a lot of my questions, gave me guidance and ask me to call back when I was ready to start the process. I'm so glad I did! They walked me through everything and filed my initial claim. I was expecting to have to wait month to even hear anything from disability, however, I was fat tracked! Within a month I found out I had been approved for disability! I was astonished! I could not have done this without their help. Thank you Nyman Turkish!

Although the Americans with Disabilities Act is decades old, many businesses, including law firms, continue to treat it as a suggestion, rather than federal law, according to Eve Hill and Jason Turkish, two lawyers who represent plaintiffs in disability cases.

I was extremely surprised at how quickly I received the call after completing the online questionnaire. Then, the person who did call, she was so helpful and made me feel like I was making the best decision for me. She explained everything in ways that I understood so I was quite certain of what I was signing up for. I am confident this firm will work hard for my case and feel at ease starting this whole he l journey with them representing me.
I thought before the whole process would be difficult. But, Nyman Turkish worked with me step by step entering my relevant information for my case. A veteran's way home

Representative was awesome she helped me tremendously and was kind and professional I look forward to working with this firm.
What a HORRIBLE experience!!! So rude, never asked what my disabilities where, only told me (&I quote) "proving mental disability under the age of 50 is hard" (i am 41) &was also told, "we do cover all 50 states, but not ur area"... which makes zero sense!!! Part of my P.T.S.D. is from applying in the past and my attorney, unfortunately, passing away before giving closing arguments &the court (unaware) moving forward on my denyal due to not receiving the evidence requested (because he died!). So this is setting me back more then that man realizes!!! I was made to feel like my case wasn't important because I may not get them money!!! Even though the 1st lady that called me said they do cover my area, &that she would call me back for a scheduled appointment the next day. Which NEVER happened, so I called &got this young man who continuously interrupted me to trying to 'refer me'. In other words, to get me off the phone. Why in the world would I take a referral from you!!! Now I don't know when I'll be able to muster up the courage to try to call anyone else! I may not 'get you money', but I am a human being with mental disabilities... your people should be more aware of the damage they do by telling people that basically, they don't matter to you if they won't get paid. That's the message I got, thanks for the set back!

I contacted this lawfirm first online, &did recieve a phone call the next day. I ask the lady I spoke to if 1st, she covered my area, &2nd she could call back the following day so I could be more prepaid for the call, &also because I literally have ptsd due in part from this process I've experienced in the past. The women assured me that was no problem and they do cover my area, but yet never called. So I decided to call to see if maybe they just forgot about me, &ended up talking to a young man that answered my call. He was VERY rude, &quick to ask ONLY my age, &proceed to tell me that &I quote "mental health was hard to prove under the age of 50 (i am 41), &that they cover all 50 states but not my area". Without asking ANY questions as to my mental disabilities! Any intelligent person can understand that THAT statement... makes ZERO sense! I attempted to ask some follow up questions to understand what he was telling me &give him a little info about my disabilities to which he just repeatedly rudely cutting me off and asking if I want a referral. I am now even more in distress because any1 that has been through this can tell you that it is TERRIFYING to go for ssd, &without help (or without SOMEONE in your corner) it is, at least for me, a feeling of being completely alone against ssi/ssd. Now I feel so completely helpless that I can't even think of calling anyone else &starting again!!! Thanks so much for the set back guys!!!
