This law firm is great 👍 very on top of things, have been keeping me well informed on my case from day one. Easy to talk to. Every associate I've dealt with have been very helpful knowledgeable and courteous. They have already put in an appeal for my case which is great news! The most recent associate was Mr Sanchez who listened carefully to all of the updates with my case and was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this law firm nyman Turkish to anyone trying to apply for disability!
You can never ever speak to a person, can only leave messages. Well i am on my 16th message just today. Did not get ssdi and I had to apply for regular ssi, I did this all myself with no help from them but they collected a fee from me even though their contract states you don't pay anything if you don't win.. People be careful so this doesn't happen to you. I will never recommend this law firm. What a crime that they take advantage of disabled people

That do as little as possible Had to wait 18 months to get little to nothing as a monthly disabled person... Can't afford to live or pay my meds or back expenses.. didn't even receive back pay for waiting so long... Horrible firm... Buyer Beware 😞 They have several five stars don't even trust that please look elsewhere trust me 🙏
It’s going on 2 years now I’m still waiting on my case I only got thru 1 time and talked to the nicest lady other than that no o e ever answers the phone and I’m really frustrated they sure keep calling me in the beginning wanted to make a case out of me but now nothing very confused.
Very disappointed. I'd call leave a message it would take a week to get a call back or no call back for an update on my case. I was once told that the status of my case was i was to see social security doctors that was a lie. I got all my updates from Social Security them selves and they told me I had enough medical in my case there was no need the see their doctors. Very disappointed. Would not recommended.
This is horrible firm I got approved first time due to doing the work on my end Attorney and LTD took entire back pay After taking their money they will not return phone calls since I need additional information Don’t be fooled they care about you they care about your money They told me on phone social security pays their fee which is true they just failed to tell me it was from back pay This is a very sketchy practice telling your clients that especially when cognitively impaired They should be ashamed

When I got in the shape where I couldn't work I wound up losing everything. I found myself living in a homeless shelter for the first time in my life. After being in the shelter for some time and trying to find and keep work I could possibly still do, I talked to two separate, well known, local law firms about disability. Both firms declined to take my case stating I wasn't disabled under the law. Eventually I found myself on the internet searching for information and within a day was called by Nyman Turkish representative. After getting my details they accepted my case. They did most of the work and kept me informed throughout the process. One month ago I was informed that the judge ruled in my favor. I want to thank all the staff and let them know that they changed my life. I will be forever appreciative and will recommend them to my friends.

I've been calling for over a week, left messages and still, nothing
Worthless. Do not call. Waited a year for my ss disability to find out they never filed it. Waste of time. Zero rating Social Security returned my application to lawyer saying my signature on my medical release form wasn’t accurate. This was three days after they filed it. My case never went anywhere. They never called me. They never emailed me. Would’ve been nice to hear from them. I called Social Security to check on my application after a year and they said it had never been filed. I have to start over. I have called them at least eight times and got the voicemail. If you like piano elevator music, go ahead and call them. It will go to voicemail. Never hear back. When the lawyer did call me eventually he said he was sorry. Yeah I’m sorry too. Sorry that I ever called you guys. The only thing he offered was to resubmit it. That’s just great. I’ve been eating one meal a day with no income. Waiting an entire year.and he’s sorry.
