It was a little hard to understand occasionally via phone, but otherwise good.

Im doing this review on behalf of Michael because I am the one who talked and dealt with the Law firm. My name is Lori and I am a friend of Michaels helping him out anywhere I can. I had an amazing experience with the whole process and Logan was so patient and thorough during the whole "filling out the application for Social Security Disability". Ultimately helped me get a win. Only took 3 years. Late first year through 2nd year communication was absent. Phone calls not answered and rarely returned. So all paperwork I finished on my own without consultation. Bounced around to many different people in the organization. I never knew who I was going to talk to next. But when it came down to the appeal hearing and the months leading to it they were on the ball. No complaints there. Worth the $9200? Not really in my opinion. But I can't be too hard on them in the end with a fully approved case.

It was a very long 3-hour intake conversation, but it covered all the bases and they decided to take me on as a client. No results yet but it sounds very promising and they have full confidence. The lady I spoke with was wonderful.
Alana and Dawn were great handling my disability claim. There’s no way I could have done it myself. They were even able to deal with getting records under both my married name and my current name.

My initial contact with this firm was excellent. They treat clients or potential clients with respect and genuine consideration. Thoughtful professional staff.Clear instructions on procedures and processes.
They have done nothing correct since my initial contact. They misinformed me and social security when the initial took on my request to help file for disability. The last set of reps have been nice but over all the majority with whom I interacted were not good.
