I have been calling over 8 business days, during different times to give doctor visit updates to my case. I've left my name, number, and purpose for my call, they never have called me back or answered any of my calls which result in over 5 mins on hold each time. Hoping this sparks a call back. UPDATE...they have contacted me, they made things right and we are back on track, I am pleased to say that I will be continuing to work with them.
When a client tells you something isn't right about something, you should look into it. I also believe that you should treat your clients with respect and not interrupt them while speaking. Thank You for your time.

They failed to file my Social Security disability application because they said they didnt receive my medical records release document. My release was in my packet and notarized. I waited a year for them to file it and only found out through Social Security. Total waste of time. I have to re-file myself And wait another 250 days. Luckily they didnt get any of my money. Do not use this company. If I could give them a zero I would.

I've recently received a call from Ms. Natalie Chaboya representing Lyman Turkish law firm, she listened and answered all my questions, she made me feel like I was a top priority to their company she assured me that she's fighting for me and she would do everything within her power to assist my needs thank you Ms Natalie
Things were great at the onset but now that they have all of my personal information, I find it completely impossible to reach anyone and they do not call back as their message states they will. Very frustrated with this group.
I had my doubts going into this because I was denied twice already, and I live in another state than Nyman Turkish are in. But I put my trust and prayers in them and it paid off. Jessica Turkish and Kyra Porties did a fantastic job putting up with me and winning my claim. Thank You Ladies from the bottom of my heart

Attorneys in general do not have a good reputation and this company is one of the reasons why. The company showed up at my hearing without necessary medical records and stated I needed to sign consents that I had docusigned and submitted to them days earlier. The judge was firm that without the medical records my claim would be denied. Do yourself a favor and do not believe this company's website that claims that they are fierce advocates on the client's behalf.

Michael A has personally reached out to me twice now, which is very important to me. I don’t understand gov’t law and being strung along for days on answering machines puts me in panic mode. I’ve read y’all’s reviews and know I selected correctly with your firm. Just my opinion though, being overly dependent on technology isn’t always a great thing.
