Getting disability for a back issue is one of the hardest diagnosis to get approved and usually takes 2 to 3 years but Juliana and the team at Nyman Turkish did it, with very little effort on my part , in less than ONE year. I highly recommend this firm for anything to do with S.S. disability. As a former combat Marine I can honestly say it was so much easier than using the V.A. While the process of applying for Disability takes time. Throughout the entire process, My lawyer (Christopher Deam) and his assistant (Beverly Myerhoff) were always prompt in keeping me informed and answering my questions.. When it was time to be in front of the judge Christopher had me well prepared for any questions I may be asked. Thus my case was approved 10 days after my case was presented. I would always recommend their team. I also Thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I was reluctant to apply for disability but Jessica and the staff did an excellent job of getting me through it. I could not be more pleased.
I am very thankful I had Nyman and Turkish throughout my Social Security disability claims. They were very professional and helped me step by step to finally getting approved. Very good people, very helpful and I truly didn't have to worry about anything. Lawyers took care of everything. I truly didnt have to do anything besides go to my required social security appointments. After three years of barrowing from family and friends bills fell behind and Nyman/Turkish helped even more! Had me send picture of my eviction notice and sped up the disability process! Helping me get my whole backpay check early saving my family's home! Even after the case was over they still call and check on me! Great people,completely opposite of prior lawyer experiences ive had in the past! They truly work for you! Worth every penny!
