I would highly recommend Nyman Turkish PC to help in your most interest legal needs. They were there to assist me until the end with a very positive outcome in my favor. Always answered or returned my phone calls promptly and were always nice and polite.
They responded to every part of my claim. I have referred my friends to go with their company. And everyone is very nice

Signed up with this firm to be represented and was left without any help. They made a mistake on the application that flagged my account for 6 months on top of the waiting period. I called and was told that I needed to go to the *** office and correct it myself. I went in 5 times to the office and countless phone calls with no resolution. They listed me as a US citizen instead of a Permanent Resident. That being said they did nothing to help me correct their mistake. Never once did they attempt to resolve my case but they collected their fees. The federal government knows everyone's status there is no need to tell them what they already know. They don't care about you, once you sign up they move on to the next person.
I had a great experience with this firm. I have received my proceeds and haven’t yet received my bill. (Hoping it’s reasonable.) They took care of everything and rarely took my time.

Everyone I dealt with at Nyman Turkish was very helpful through a very long process. I was very well prepared for my hearing after a discussion with my attorney and ended up up successful in my claim. I highly recommend this firm.

While my attorney is eating steak we were trying to figure out how to keep food on the table. Run for the hills, once you sign up they will never contact you again. Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars. Dear Mr. Conde, Unfortunately, Social Security needs your proof of citizenship before they can pay out the benefits that you are owed. Although we alleged that you were a U.S citizen on the application, it doesn’t have any affect on your benefits whatsoever. You must either be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident in order to receive benefits (that goes for everybody that applies). This is something that you must do as the claimant. I know it's frustrating waiting in line and spending that much time at the Social Security office, but it was necessary in order for you to finally start receiving your benefits. Like I said before, sometimes it does take some time to process and sometimes they are able to process your documentation in a timely manner – it really just depends on the office. As soon as we hear from Social Security, I will give you a call. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions.

Im so glad I found and hired Nyman Turkish to represent me. Ive had an advocate lawer in the past and he never fought for me never appealed my first SSI hearing..it took a little over 2 years to where i am now but Nyman Turkish never abandoned me. In general I had a good experience. I received a favorable outcome in my case. I was disappointed/did not understand how many people were working my case, the initial person I was in contact with had left the company and I was in my mind lost in the shuffle. Once it was realized I felt like I had been forgotten, they very quickly resolved the issue and stayed in contact with me as well as calling me to check on me. I would definitely use Nyman Turkish again and recover them. They got a decision in my favor a head of what the goal was all things considered. I’m pleased.
Wow, after 4 years of this company fighting for my SSA benefits it finally happened. They are amazing, but the greatest blessing was my case being handled by Dawn Gutierrez. Please keep in mind when reading this, most SSDI claims are denied the first time. I hired Nyman Turkish before I contacted SSA. They had a person call me and help me through the process. After that I had a case management and a legal firm guiding through the process. My first claim was denied but Nyman Turkish fought for my rights for disability. This is a long process and I had great relief knowing I had a great legal firm working on my behalf. My case went to a judge and the law firm did an excellent job of representing me. If I had not hired them, I do feel I would still be hitting the brick wall. Thanks to Nyman Turkish, my right to disability has come through. They only collect pay for their hard work if the disability claim goes brings a positive outcome.

This firm takes days to return client calls. It has been more than a year since I filed a disability claim. I had to contact my congressman for support because the firm was uncertain why my claim was being delayed - only after I reached out to them for an update. I found myself reporting to them, hoping to get some type of resolve. They are slow and lack responsiveness. I wish that I would have started this process without an attorney. Having them has not increased the completion time of my claim. I am still waiting and have no idea of my claim status. If you have a different firm to choose from, please do so and save yourself a headache.
