Irina Was the best she kept me abreast of everything. Made sure I filled out all the paperwork right and called me when needed.
I had had a toe amputated and have neuropathy in both feet. While recovering, I saw an advertisement on my phone to apply for disability. I submitted the general information, and Michele Francis, the Client Intake Specialist immediately reached out. I gave her a general synopsis of my situation, and she set up a phone interview with the Application Specialist. I regret that I cannot recall her name. The process went smoothly, and my application was submitted to SS. Michele and her supervisor made the process very easy. If I need guidance regarding documents sent to me from SS, I reached out via email. I received a response no later than the next day, sometimes I would get a call. I had several conversations with Victor Aguilera, the Pre-Hearing Case Manager. After that, I would speak with Hannah Allen, William Brinker, and Jenelle Sticklen. Any time I would email them asking for guidance, I would receive a call. Everyone involved with my case was so pleasant and very easy to talk to. Melissa and Jason, thank you so much for assisting me. It was a very stressful time for me, and not having to worry about gathering documents and such for SS, was a big relief. Best thing about the law firm was when I met my attorney and was able to review the claim. Tariq Khan was awesome at my hearing. Overall my experience was positive. The only thing I found upsetting was the response time to my emails and the continuing change of case managers.
After fighting with social security on my own for 2 years and getting no where these amazing advocates came into my life, they are very professional and helped me so much I was finally able to get on disability thank you for your great help, understanding and guidance

For 2 days so far trying to get in touch with anyone from Turkish Nyoman but no luck , I was on hold for 24 min twice , all I want to know about my case and who’s taking my case ? And they never called or email me ? I hope someone call or email me just to know somebody is handling the case, I know I just file and signed documents Thanks 🙏

Was very pleased with all the help I was given in helping me with the disability process.
