I contacted Nyman Turkish to help with my SSI/Disability case that is a result of a work comp injury. I have not been able to reach them for several months. Found out 2 days ago that I had 5 days to file an appeal. I cannot retain another Attorney since these do nothings are the attorney of record with SS. Completely screwed me!

Although the Americans with Disabilities Act is decades old, many businesses, including law firms, continue to treat it as a suggestion, rather than federal law, according to Eve Hill and Jason Turkish, two lawyers who represent plaintiffs in disability cases.
I thank them for the professionalism and navigating me through the Social Security disability process. You fought and won my case for me I'll be forever grateful.
My wife chose Nyman Turkish since I was too sick. Kara Houghton worked with me and my wife initially and was extraordinarily patient guiding us. She was replaced by Ivie Linger who immersed herself in my case in order to understand why I continued to insist Social Security had made a mistake in rejecting my application. Rebecca Garcia took over after Ms. Linger, and while not as responsive as Ms. Houghton nor as engaged as Ms. Linger, still competently advanced the process to a successful hearing result. My case was extremely complex and rejected and appealed twice before finally being argued in Court by Nyman Turkish (Nicole, I believe). The trial attorney was well-informed, compassionate and professional. Her competence made the hearing bearable and ultimately successful. I'm grateful for Nyman Torkish's assistance. My only regret is having been seemingly shuffled from one case manager to another over almost 19 months. The trial attorney was brilliant at convincing the hearing judge of the merits of my case. After my case was denied by a judge for "being too young" they dropped my case and stated that I could appeal with a different attorney. I truly feel like they did not fight for my case, but treated it like just another name on a docket.
I had a very positive experience to start with however, once the paperwork was all filled and the kind woman who helped me fill that out was gone I’ve had no contact in weeks. No follow up with my case manager and I haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone with calls. It’s actually straight up concerning since they have sensitive personal information about my mother. I hope to be able to change this review to a 5 star one.

I definitely recommend Nyman Turkish. They were very helpful to me. The communications between myself and my case manager was great. I always got a call back or email back in a very timely manner. Also they were great about answering my questions and just generally having a calming effect. So, yeah: Nyman Turkish! I recommend them.

Funny, my doctors won't allow me to work, I've my already had multiple surgeries on my back and knees, SSA continues to deny me benefits! I was just about to give up when I seen an ad for NymanTurkish on a social media site.. I reached out to NymanTurkish October 2020 in hopes maybe just maybe they could help!! Right from the beginning I never knew who my case manager was, I never received any updates. I would call requesting information about my case or have an important update to share about medications and appointments, only to be told that person is no longer my case manager. It was frustrating to say the least.. I reached out to the main office to request to speak to someone!! I needed to tell someone how unhappy I am with the way I felt I was being treated, I spoke to a young man who apologized for the other rep and said mynew case manager would be rep Beverly M and she would contact me today and go over any updates and to walk mee through the next steps of my case. Once Beverly M started working my case things started moving in the right direction, sometimes though I did feel like I was doing their job, by calling to remind or meet with my physicians, requesting them fillout the documents to prove my disability but all and all its fine, it was handled. By mid July I was going to be heard by a Judge. After having my hearing it took a couple months for a decision to be reached, and yes it was in my favor, finally!! NymanTurkish did what their ads say they would do and that is fight for your SSA benefits and it didn't cost me a fortune. Thank you Melissa and Beverly at NymanTurkish for looking out for me!

My wife has suffered from back issues for years. She was a health care worker who prided herself on providing exceptional care for her patients. However, in 2000, her back issues finally caught up with her. As a result, she was unable to work. Her pain was debilitating. Her doctors recommended she retire from healthcare. I tried to file for disability for my husband. It was a tedious process and very difficult. He was denied and we waited a long time to get his benefits. When I used Nyman Turkish, it was so easy. They did all the work for me and I was approved for benefits the first time around. I would highly recommend them.
